This accordion-style crossbody ethical bag has over 12 pockets and 8 compartments.The handwoven huipil pattern features ancient Mayan textile designs and soft full grain leather that becomes even more beautiful with wear.

All exterior and interior textiles have been loomed by hand on the backstrap loom by a skilled Artisan in Guatemala. Every one of our ethical purses and handbags features full grain leather and Guatemalan huipils and other Mayan weavings. Huipil fabric is created through a Mayan weaving process that utilizes a traditional loom. This Guatemalan weaving technique requires great skill and precision. Backstrap weaving is common in many Rural areas of Guatemala.
